    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I join my colleagues in condoling with the bereaved family at this difficult time. I was in Wajir when I learned about the death of our colleague, the late Boy Juma Boy. I particularly want to thank the team led by you who attended the burial. I was not lucky enough to join you because of the distance between Wajir and Kwale. I have learnt, just like a number of my colleagues although I had heard about him before I came to Parliament, that the late Juma Boy was a great man. He was a man with good interpersonal relations and we will really miss him in this House. It is both a biblical and quranic teaching that every soul shall test death and it is inevitable. So, we must all accept it the way it is and pray for him that the Almighty God rewards him. Thank you very much."
