    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to join my colleagues in eulogizing and conveying my condolences following the death of the late Boy Juma Boy. I also thank you for representing us ably in Vanga despite the very short notice. It is not that death ever gives any notice. Death has had a very bountiful harvest in this House. If you look at MPs we have lost since the last election, they are five; three of them from the Senate and two from the National Assembly. Even during the recess, we had further loses. We buried the mother to Sen. Cheruiyot, the mother to Sen. Khaniri and I traveled all the way to Homa Bay to join Sen. Gwendo in burying her mother-in-law.
