    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I rise to second this procedural Motion which is critical to the smooth running of this House. I want to encourage Members of this Committee that experience in other parliaments has been that this is usually the most critical stage because you might run into challenges of quorum because Members will be busy either trying to retain their seats or go for other seats and, therefore, people who have been lucky enough to be named to this Committee, you better demonstrate yourselves because we want to leave a stamp of authority and integrity on the first Senate of the Republic of Kenya. I second."
