    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, there was evidence that the settlement of the dispute by the COTU Secretary General had made quite some progress. I heard the Chairperson of the Kenya National Human Rights and Equality Commission (KNHREC), who was a co-chair of the mediation process saying, on the CBA they had already agreed on many issues. It was just a few that remained to be done. That was said before the industrial court. What they should have done is to give some more opportunities for the few remaining things to be resolved. If they are not resolved, at least, the progress report would be---"
