    "content": "I would like to support this amendment. My surprise is that the assistance by the National Assembly to draft---This is purely a drafting matter. How did it pass that the Member who brought the amendment was allowed to use the words “committee of parliament” when it is standard that it is the National Assembly? Something was missing in the necessary support for Members proposing amendments. Some help with drafting was missing. That is what I wish to point out."
