Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 8 of the Bill be amended– (a) in Sub-section (1) by deleting the words “child fails to attend an education centre, the principal” and substituting therefor the words “pupil admitted in an education centre fails to attend the education centre, the head teacher”.
