He is attempting to tell the House that a Kenyan citizen cannot leave Saudi Arabia because she does not have an exit visa yet he confirms that she ran away from her employment in Saudia because of harassment. The second part of my question is: Why has the Ministry not intervened to get this Kenyan to come back home? He has not answered that question."
