    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, there is a big concern within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on this issue. The Government has actually been holding consultations with the Ministry of Labour to come up with strategies and interventions on how we can get any Kenyan who goes to work abroad to know who they are. We should record and register their existence. We have also authorized our Ministry employees, especially the ambassadors who are in those countries that any time that Kenyans arrive in those countries, they should go and register with the embassies so that we can know anything that happens to them so as to intervene."
