    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT Clause 29 of the Bill be amended by deleting Sub-clause (3). Amendment to Clause 29 is moved because of enumeration to ensure that it is moved in the next clause dealing with the composition of the Board of Management.
