    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. The deletion of “in consultation with the Council of Governors” is quite right in the sense that we must make sure that TSC is independent. If you keep having consultation with CoG then it will waste time. So this is a proper amendment and I support it."
