    "content": "Let me make it clear for the Member that we are actually trying to bring clarity. The provision is a repetition of sub-clause (1). Earlier on, we carried out amendments to ensure that no other bodies are involved in curriculum review and development apart from the KICD. However, in this case, those other bodies or stakeholders will be involved. In sub-clause (1), we had indicated that only the KICD would be carrying out the review process. The other bodies would not be part of the review process."
