    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. Let me start with what Hon. Okoth has just said, which I totally agree with. It is true, but at the same time, even if levies are to be charged like school fees, of course schools have to be sustained, such levies must be reasonable. I will tell you the truth that there is a place in Nakuru where kids can no longer go to nursery school. Under our Constitution, every child has a right to education, which must be provided by the Government, be it at the county level or at the national level. So, the Committee needs to look into it. If we have free education in primary and secondary schools, why not have the same for our early childhood education? The Committee should look at that concern. I support."
