Why would you even allow the discussion of tuition fees? I am asking you even if I am on the Chair. You are talking about tuition fee for early childhood education which consists of children up to the age of five. Would someone expect a five-year-old child to go back to school for tuition during the school holidays? What are you asking? I can see the word “tuition”."
