    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I did not mean to be disorderly. I apologise if I seemed disorderly. This proposed amendment is good law because it will guarantee that children go to school. It also ensures that head teachers and PTAs do not have the loopholes to levy fees. Teachers establishing schools will not be in a position to come up with ways of charging fees through crafty means, therefore, denying children their right to education. It is in our Constitution."
