Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 55 of the Bill be amended— (a) in Sub-clause (1) by inserting the words “County Education” immediately before the word “Board. (b) deleting Sub-clause (3) (c) deleting Sub-clause (4) (d) deleting Sub-clause (5) (e) deleting Sub-clause (6) The justification is that sub-clauses 3 to 6 are being treated as separate clauses for proper flow of the Bill. In essence, the enumeration and the movement of this is for the proper flow of the Bill in the subsequent clauses. \\"
