Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 72 of the Bill be amended— (a) in Sub-clause (2) by deleting the words “county executive committee member may, taking into account any policies, standards or regulations applying to all education centres prescribed by the Cabinet Secretary” and substituting therefor the words “ Cabinet Secretary may” (b) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (f) — (fa) prescribe fees required to be paid under this Act;"
