More emphasis should be put particularly on Clause 21A(b), which says: “recruit persons who are qualified and registered by the Teachers Service Commission to teach the early childhood education curriculum in the education centre.” In the past, they have just been getting teachers from right, left and center. This requirement will go a long way in trying to standardize our education at early childhood."
