    "content": "This is an extremely important new addition. At least, we can be sure that wherever children go, they will get the same education. But New Clause 21A(g) says; “met such other requirements as the committee executive committee member, in consultation with the County Education Board, may consider necessary for the delivery of quality early childhood education services within the county.” Would it not have been necessary to put some guidelines in line with certain guidelines or we leave it to the County Education Board to ensure that people do not go overboard? It is these openings that people tend to exploit."
