    "content": "Yes, I am on the amendments. I am on the last one that talks about a pupil. It says three years to six years. I am saying this because in our county, you will find a child of up to 12 years. I have children who are going to class and they are very old. There are even old women wanting to join nursery school. Would that stop them from joining their classes or some children who did not have an opportunity to go to the early childhood development centres between the ages of three years and six years. Will that be an issue?"
