    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. The Committee’s feelings or reasoning behind all this is that we want to know what group of children is in early childhood education. We know very well that we have an age bracket for children in the primary and secondary education. So, I know the Member is talking about the practical things that are happening in this country. If you go to pastoral communities, even individuals of 18 years can be in primary schools. But, in some other counties or areas, we can have people of 10 years or 15 years being in secondary school. In that context, it is understandable. But in this case, we are trying to know who is in the early childhood education centre. This is an individual most probably between the ages of three and six years. After that, anyone above six years is in primary, up to 12 years. This is for administrative purposes and our understanding."
