    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, yes, indeed, I was thrown out of the university and I was given no chance to defend myself. I had not stolen. Those days, you were not thrown out for stealing. You were thrown out for other things. The thieves were always in place. Mr. Speaker, Sir, the appointment of a Council is very consultative and we assume that they would do their bit. However, I think it is only fair like with any independent Government body, to give them the opportunity to make that decision. If there is a problem, an individual as a private citizen, can take relevant action even before the Government takes action, but we are interested in resolving it. We need to give the university a chance. The only reason for the delay right now is because the Council is not in place. Prof. Kubasu himself is free to take any action he deems necessary."
