    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I have got the gist of the matter from the concerned Members. From that, I would wish to propose a further amendment on the definition of a pupil: “A pupil means a person who meets the criteria for admission to an early education centre.” This covers the issue of age, including an individual of 10 or 20 years."
