I already said he chose not to accept. Secondly, it is not the Ministry that is frustrating him. It is the Vice-Chancellor who fired him and the University Council is looking at the matter. So, there is no document I can table. When I answered the Question last time, I tabled the document to show that Prof. Kubasu chose not to accept the appointment."
