    "content": " The Economic Stimulus Project Management Committee shall make a two weekly visit to the site to ensure closer supervision during construction work. The team is headed by the technical staff from the Ministry of Public Works, Sotik District. The District Medical Officer of Health will provide monthly progress reports on the project. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to add here that it is true that the project had a slowdown and we requested the committee on the ground to ensure that the work starts moving again. The contractor explained that he had problems because of the bad road and he had not been able to acquire the wall stones of nine by nine. After a meeting on the ground, the contractor has assured us that he will finish the work because he knows it has to be fenced on the timeframe. Otherwise, we cannot pay him. I do thank the hon. Member for raising the matter."
