    "content": "I think the Leadership and Integrity Act 2012 should be repealed and we come up with a new law that will implement Chapter Six of the Constitution without fear or favour. The problem is not the absence of the law or the ideals in the law. We have had substantial reforms in law, institutions and policy, but the problem is leadership as expected in Chapter Six of our Constitution. I think for us to realise the national values and principles as per the spirit of the Constitution, we should revisit Chapter Six and implement that chapter without fear or favour. I rest my case."
