    "content": "points-based system in order to see which county is doing better than the other so that we are able to monitor which governor is doing better than the others. Instead of naming and shaming, it would be nice if all governors compete so that we see which county is doing better than the others in the spirit of competition. I am not sure whether that will sort the problems that we have, but I know that when somebody takes responsibility generally he tends to fair better than the others. That is what we need in our lives, communities and in our country right now. We need leadership where everybody is accountable. A points-based system will help."
