    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I rise to note the Report as indicated in the Order Paper. I must start by saying that we appreciate that these reports are in line with Articles 132 and 240 of the Constitution and that they are being done regularly every year. It is appreciable. I must start by almost summarising that what comes out in these reports is that there has been a lot of effort. However, in terms of achievement, it has been relatively little in comparison to the effort that has been put in place. In line with realisation of values and national unity, one of the biggest problems we have is that many things could have been said and may have been done. Ethnicity is one of the biggest problems we have. If you are talking of national values, that is one thing we must address."
