    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have two Statements. The first one is short. Pursuant to Standing Order No.45 (2) (b) I rise to seek a Statement from the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations relating to the presence of Kenyan military security forces in Somali, serving under the African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM.) In the Statement, the Chairperson should:- (1) Confirm whether it is true that the Kenyan military security officers are abating illegal trade in charcoal, sugar and other contraband goods, thereby unknowingly oiling the funding of Al Shaabab operations. (2) Confirm whether the Government of Kenya is aware that sometime in November, 2015 the National Parliament of Somali voted, with an overwhelming majority, in a resolution that the Kenyan forces must be excluded from the AMISOM forces and leave Somalia. (3) As a consequence, could the Chairperson explain whether the Government has an exit strategy for our military security forces from Somalia? Mr. Speaker, Sir, my second Statement---"
