    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I know that the Division Bell has been rung. However, I can see that we may not have the numbers for the Division and this Bill is very important. It deals with division of revenue between the two levels of government. I appeal to you to exercise your discretion in the Standing Orders to defer voting on this Bill to tomorrow because of its significance. This is about taking resources to the counties and this is one of the significant roles that this House plays; to ensure there is equitable distribution of revenue between the two levels of government."
