Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, although the period prescribed under the Standing Orders is 10 days, the Constitution does not have that period. Therefore, I urge you to exercise discretion under Standing Order No.1 read together with Standing Order No.54(3) to defer the voting to tomorrow Wednesday, 1st March. In the usual manner, a communication should be made to the Whips of this House to be present tomorrow. Otherwise, if we do not do what we are supposed to do, we will face the consequences as a legislative House. I thank you."
