    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I am sorry to interrupt Sen. (Prof.) Lonyangapuo. However, because of the rules of debate in this House, I have two points of order. The Professor should be compelled to substantiate his allegations that the Deputy President distributed firearms to youth which were to be used to destabilize the local community. Secondly, where do we draw the line between, this Adjournment Motion on insecurity and the motion that we seem to be discussing now on the conduct of the Deputy President where he allowed himself to distribute firearms. I would like to know how to debate this matter. It is very serious."
