    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. It is important for Members to appreciate that these proceedings are being aired live. The fact that a Member is not in this House does not mean that he has not followed what is going on. I was in a vehicle and heard what was going on. I raised the point of order based on what I heard in here but I have been following the entire debate. So, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, as you ably guided us that this is a weighty matter; even in the process of prosecuting it, it is important that we carry out this matter soberly. The statements and utterances in this House today might worsen the situation or bring it to manageable level. Therefore, I was entitled to raise that point of order. That cannot be frivolous."
