    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, when I was at the Lounge, I saw youth leaders from Kakamega being welcomed. Students from Kabianga University are welcome and they should pick the best from this House. As we move to the august elections, they need to interrogate both the failing Jubilee Regime and the Opposition which in many cases has also failed in many years. There is a new order and new dispensation. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I speak as a leader and I will be going to their domains to tell them that I am the best thing for Kenya. I thank you."
