Even this morning, while seated in the Mediation Committee, the Senators were accused of watching helplessly as governors pilfer public funds. My Chair has pointed out that there is a lady who withdrew over Kshs300 million and evidence is contained in these documents. That lady should be sanctioned. This is the same county where carcinogenic wheelbarrows were procured and another Kshs1.5 million was spent to investigate the purchase."
