    "content": "Mr. Chairman, Sir, I have already discussed it with the Chairman of the Committee, hon. Chris Okemo, and he said that he did not know that I had already introduced this amendment. The proposal by hon. Chris Okemo is trying to reduce the packaging from 250 millilitres to 200 millilitres, and we are in agreement that there is need for some consultation and some research to look into whether reducing the packaging to 200 millilitres will not again serve to confirm our fears. We are in agreement that he is going to withdraw his proposed amendment."
