Then we anticipated West Pokot will have a dispute. So, we proposed mediation first. The mediation is captured in Clause (5) of this Bill. We anticipate that the first thing the Senate will do if a dispute arises like the ones that came to the Senate, and I hope that the second Senate of this Republic can determine some of the boundaries disputes we have.
