    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me a chance. This is about the Petition which has been brought today. You will remember there was a heated debate in this House about schools not having title deeds. You gave a ruling and asked the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Education, Research and Technology to follow up that matter closely. Today, I have more than eight primary schools in Juja which do not have title deeds. I am requesting you to follow-up with the Chairs of the Departmental Committee on Education, Research and Technology and the Departmental Committee on Lands.
