    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. Sorry to interrupt the Chair of the Committee on Delegated Legislation when he was on a roll. I think he glossed over something which I think Members need to hear about. He keeps referring to Regulations of 2012. There are many things which were suggested in 2012 and there are a lot of things being spoken out there like Certificate of Good Conduct and things like Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission. Can he explain so that the country can be clear? That is because many people are interested in this so that we can know that some of the things which we are looking at and which are not here stand as they were in 2012."
