"content": "I can do that, Hon. Speaker, as we continue because I do not want to mislead the House. I want to be very sure because he is talking about Certificate of Good Conduct and so on. I do not want to make a very firm commitment as to what the principal Regulations of 2012 are all about regarding that particular issue and what we have here.
