"content": "I suppose that as you say you are busy people. But an even busier person, the Secretary-General of your party, had occasion to read through and propose very serious amendments. We agreed last week to adjourn debate so that Members could have time during the weekend. You are expected to read. Hon. Wamalwa, when you defend members as busy people, you should know that they represent people and are also supposed to make sure that the laws they pass here address issues of concern to the people of Kenya.
