    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I want to agree with your direction that all these regulations are submitted to the House pursuant to the powers given to the IEBC. It is important when my colleagues are giving their concerns to refer to the specific sections. It will really help us to deal with them. When they raise a particular issue of concern in the Regulations, they should refer to a specific section of the regulation and the regulation because we have five sets. This will make it easy for me as the Chair to take notes and capture the issues raised. It is good for any member who will be contributing to refer to particular sections of the regulations so that I am able to deal with them."
