    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I was still looking at the Appropriation Bill. That notwithstanding, it is important for us to support the Bill just before we go for recess and allocate money to the biggest spending sector, namely, the Public Service. It is high time Parliament and the country started looking at the Constitution. The Constitution generally is a very good document, but there are some Articles which need to be looked at keenly. As a country and in a bipartisan manner, we should try and look at the Constitution. This is a very important Bill for the country.
