    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 19 of the Bill be amended by deleting the proviso to the proposed Section 5(4) and substituting therefor the following- Provided that – (a) that this paragraph shall only apply in respect of amounts not exceeding two hundred and forty thousand shillings for each year of service; (b) this paragraph shall not apply to any person who is eligible for deductions under Section 22A."
