    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 26 of the Bill be amended by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting therefor the following- (b) by deleting the proviso to subsection (1) and substituting therefor the following new proviso- Provided that – (a) the interest chargeable under this subsection shall not exceed one hundred percentum of the tax owing; and (b) the penalty referred to in this subsection or imposed under any other section of this Act shall not attract any interest."
