"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am glad to note that members of the public in Nyamira are alive to what is going on in their county. However, I have a small challenge on procedure: When you look at the first prayer which is: Observing the Public Procurement and Disposal Act and the second one: Looking at the issue of wasteful expenditure, these are exactly the same issues that the Auditor-General has flagged out in the Audit Report of 2013/2014 and 2015/2016 and today in the morning, we were interrogating the same issues with the Governor of Nyamira who was here.
