I would like the Chairman to table the list of the following medical specialists who have been hired by county governments, so as to service this particular service that will come by way of usage of this specialized medical equipment. (1) Radiologists and where they have been posted. (2) Renal physicians and where they have been posted. Could the Chairman also list the hospitals where this service is currently operational? Thirdly, could the Chairman explain why the National Assembly, in this year’s Budget, reduced the allocation to county governments that was conditional and meant to service this particular debt?
