"content": "I am shocked that Hon. Major Gen. (Rtd.) Joseph Nkaissery, EGH, CBS, could append his signature to this. You are therefore telling us, the people of Kakamega, that we do not deserve security. You came and raided Shibale, opened gunfire and killed people. One of the bullets went and hit the so-called gas cooker or gas cylinders and our man got burnt. I will tell you what we shall do. I am not going to ask you a single question, but I will ask you to make a commitment that you will table on day “x” the findings of the inquest in Inquest No. 2/2/016. Once you table, I will use it in Kakamega County and in Shibale, in particular, to make sure that never ever in the lives of the relatives of Mr. Namayi, distant and closely related, shall they ever vote for this useless Government that cannot protect the life of the poor. When are you going to table the report of the inquest? Shame!"
