First of all, the fourth answer is totally wrong because there have been very many teachers whose papers have been pending at the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) since 2014. We have graduates who have not been promoted up to now and there is no communication to that effect. Clearly, this is demoralizing for the teachers of this country.
