It is important for us to be told as a matter of clarification whether Sen. (Dr.) Zani means that our teachers should stop seeking higher qualifications or education. It is ironical because our teachers should be the best by acquiring more knowledge. I would like the Chair to clarify whether we imply that our teachers should put on hold and stop investing in further education.
