    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I stand guided by what you have told us but I notice that with all due respect, my kid sister the Chief Whip is here. The Chief Whip of the Government is a highly-privileged position. She has a car, chauffer driven, free phone, fantastic fabulous office and yet she cannot whip not just Members of this House, but specifically those of her side of the Government. Integrity - Chapter 6 of the Constitution - demands that a public officer should behave in a manner that brings honour to that office. Could she please discharge herself on this very important issue and taxpayers’ money?"
